White Glove service

A premium all-in-one service. The same professional team delivers from the hub and completes placement, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal in one visit.

Please note: This service applies to newly purchased items only. Removal or relocation of existing furniture is not included. White Glove and Room of Choice services are charged per item.
Delivery Scheduling

Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. A confirmation call is provided prior to delivery.
Initial Entrance

Your order will be delivered to the first accessible ground-level entrance, such as the front entryway, garage, patio, or curbside, based on your delivery instructions.
Signature

A signature is requested upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Stair Carry

Stair carry is available for up to two flights of stairs.
Debris Removel

All packaging materials and delivery debris will be removed and properly disposed of, leaving your space clean and tidy.
Assembly

Furniture is assembled on-site by the delivery team.
