1. Order Processing Time

Delivery time: delivery within 48 hours (during the working days) of placing an order, urgent orders can/cannot be delivered during holidays.
Orders and shipments
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked and packaged within 48 hours (during the working days).
If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.
Holiday orders, we will process them for you within 3 working days. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time.

The express companies we cooperate with and commonly used is: DDP. We do not support the designated courier company.

2. Where does we ship?
First of all, we support delivery to the United Kingdom. The main market of this website is the United Kingdom.
Free shipping in the United Kingdom for all orders.
If you need us to deliver to remote areas such as Jersey Island, please contact customer service for detailed information.
3. Update order delivery
If you want to change your address before the product is shipped, you can contact us by email, we will know your order update information and ship your order to you based on the exact address. If you don't want the product or want to change to another product before shipping, you can contact us and we will cancel your order or change the product for you.
Updating orders in transit: If you want to update the address of your order after the item has been shipped, you can contact us by email (hello@hulalahome.fr ) and we will communicate with the logistics provider.
Address updates are not supported for orders that have already been shipped.

4. The item never arrived (lost in transit)
