The chair is very nice and it arrived within 2 days , but I feel the height of it lets it down and that is a design fault , it comes up quite low against dressing table compared to my previous one , I put a complaint in and they gave me a partial refund of 15% which was very nice, the chair is ok for now but I will buy another one at some point at the correct height
